Delivery

We aim to dispatch all our orders within a couple of days of the order being received.

All small items & spare parts will be dispatched using a standard parcel courier service.

All large items & equipment will be sent on a pallet service and will be on a Tail Lift, additional charges apply, which will be displayed at checkout

Some long items such as bed side rails do incur additional charges due to the length, again displayed at checkout.

There may be some delays on batteries.

Update: Due to global shipping issues and some customs delays we are experanceing delays and shortages of products from our suppliers and manufacturers on some products.  We will notify all customers of any delays should their order be affected.
